Originally from Hagaman, New York, Peter Riposa brings over 17 years of real estate sales experience and a proven record of success to every client he represents. He attended American University in Washington, D.C., earning a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communications in 1990. This education laid the foundation for a career built on strong communication, negotiation, and marketing skills that continue to define his approach to real estate.

Before transitioning full-time into sales, Peter founded and led a successful HOA property management company for over a decade. This hands-on experience in building operations, HOA management, and community development offers him a unique perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers. Throughout his career, he has represented a diverse range of clients and property types, including residential homes, condominiums, multi-family and commercial buildings, and new construction within HOA communities.
